Delivery
Deliveries will be sent out once a week at the moment, on a Monday by first class post. We are currently offering free doorstep delivery to GL5 and GL6 postcodes (£10 minimum delivery). Outside of these areas your delivery charge will be calculated by quantity at checkout.
Returns
Although we cannot accept returns of live plants, we will accept returns of other items as long as they are in the same condition as when they were posted out to you. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning your products, please retain proof of postage for your returns. We will refund using bank transfer when we have received your returned items.
Damages
If your parcel is damaged during delivery please take photos of the damages so that we can process your postal claim.
Plants
The live plants are alive! and all slightly different in their own gorgeous way. So the one you receive may look a bit different to the one on the image but we have done our best to represent and tell you about the plant in all its glory.
You will receive individual care instructions with each plant you purchase and also the latin name to enable you to continue your research on how you care for your new buddy – should you wish to do so!?
Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds can only be provided on workshops more than 5 days in advance of the start date. For cancellations less than 5 days in advance of the start date, a refund may be permitted in case of an illness or injury.
